My Bucket List: Live Wedding Painting Destinations

As a live wedding painter, I'm constantly inspired by the diverse and breathtaking landscapes around the world, various cultures, colors, and native vegetation. While I love any opportunity to travel, here are a few destinations that top my bucket list for live wedding painting:
My Live Painting Destination Bucket List
1. Maine or Vermont
Scenic Beauty: The rugged coastlines, charming towns, and vibrant fall foliage of Maine and Vermont offer a picturesque backdrop for weddings.
Rustic Charm: These states are known for their rustic charm and historic architecture, providing a unique and intimate setting for live painting. The romantic northern states are definitely high on my list.
2. Arizona
Desert Landscapes: The dramatic desert landscapes of Arizona, with their towering cacti and vibrant sunsets, would make a stunning backdrop for a wedding.
Cultural Experiences: Arizona offers a rich cultural heritage, from Native American traditions to Spanish colonial influences. I’d love the opportunity to bring to life a wedding painting in this stunning region.
3. Mexico
Vibrant Colors: Mexico's vibrant colors, lively culture, and stunning beaches make it a dream destination for weddings.
Colonial Architecture: The colonial cities of Mexico offer a blend of history and beauty, providing a unique setting for live painting. From the beaches, to the architecture, to the forests, Mexico is one of my favorite places in the world and I hope to be back there someday to paint a wedding!
4. Italy
Romantic Atmosphere: Italy's romantic atmosphere, delicious cuisine, and stunning architecture make it a popular destination for weddings. From Lake Como to dreamy Tuscany, I have no doubt that Italy would provide the perfect backdrop for my future favorite painting.
Iconic Landmarks: From the Colosseum in Rome to the canals of Venice, Italy offers countless iconic landmarks that would be a dream to paint.
5. New Zealand
Natural Beauty: New Zealand's breathtaking natural beauty, including fjords, mountains, and beaches, would provide a stunning backdrop for a wedding.
Outdoor Adventures: The country's diverse landscapes offer endless opportunities for adventure, making it a perfect destination for couples who love the outdoors. Whether on the North or South Island, I think a New Zealand wedding painting would be an absolute dream come true!
